When did the issue start? Do you see any physical deformation on the cable? Connect your Razer Nari Ultimate to a different computer using the dongle and check if it behaves the same. Let me know how it goes.

It started like a week or two ago and no I don’t see any deformation on the cable, also only have one computer at the moment, also it no longer shows up on the synapse 3.
