My razer nari ultimates died a few days ago (speaker disconnected internally, tried soldering but to no avail.)



After the soldering kinda worked, I tried connecting to my pc, and it worked, then disconnected and the headset hasn't been connecting since, the blue led flashes.



I tried different pc, but did not help.



I am now trying with a different set of nari ultimates (that are almost brand new, but do not have the dongle), and neither do the recovery tool work (says no action required.) not the pairing tool work.



The pairing tool recognizes the headset and the dongle, then lets me update it, but during the update, I hear a usb disconnected alert sound, followed by a warning the firmware could not be updated.



I believe the usb is just temporarily disconnecting and the tool is broken, can someone help me solve this?
