Razer Nari Ultimate Dongle RC30-0267 stopped working

Hi,

 

as in the other previous threads on this forum my dongle for my Nari Ultimate doesn’t seem to work anymore - I use it on my notebook for work meetings and on my desktop for gaming.

Dongle’s model number is RC30-0267.

Neither computer recognizes the dongle anymore (Windows doesn’t even make a sound) and the headset itself stays in pairing mode.

I tried the dongle recovery tool and the ultimate pairing utility, but they don’t register the dongle either.
Headset was bought on 28th August 2021.

Any help would be appreciated :)

    Hello there,

    Having the exact same issue, a bit more than 2 years, and the dongle just stop working.

    Tried all the pairing tools none worked.
    I guess it’s kind of  programmed death of the component…

    Someone know where we can buy a new dongle instead of a new headset, when this kind cost kind of something ?

    It is the worst purchase I've ever had, I bought 2, one for my cousin and one for me, and both had the same dongle facho the same model RC30-0267, what hurts me the most is how excited I was with the sound, but a total disappointment. I never buy anything from this brand again. I'm sorry but I can't even find a replacement dongle.

    Hello! I have a problem with my headset. It's razer Nari ultimate and they have stopped connecting. think it could be the usb stick that has stopped working. the usb stick is called RC30-0267. Is there something that can be ordered from you?
