Hello, my dongle recently has stopped working, I suspect the dongle is the problem cause whenever my headset connects it discounts whenever there's sound playing, then I have to unplug it and plug it in, but it still discounts, or sometimes it doesn't on my PS5 I have to turn it off for it connect again. I suspect the cause of the dongle not working is because I connected it to the back of the PS5 which was a blue USB port which is a 3.0 which I had no idea what it was at the time till I searched it up but for the past days it worked fine had no problem till I unknowingly connected it to the 3.0 USB port which I think caused the problem.
- I've tried the recovery tool, didn't fix anything.
Is there a way I could get a replacement for the dongle or is there a way to fix it, all I want is a permanent solution to this problem.
My headset is Razer Nari Ultimate with a 2.5 dongle and my Serial Number is 8621 1 18D09 108 1 29
