I had my nari ultimate for about 3-4 years before the dongle burnt out, which is a known issue. I was not able to get it replaced through razer, nor were they able to fix my issue in which the headset would constantly disconnect and reconnect. A thread on reddit finally showed a couple of solutions, one was to manually fix the hardware (which i was not able to do) or find a replacement. Seeing as I could not fix the original, i ordered a replacement but now it comes up with the message that windows could not recognize the device. I was going to write it off as getting scammed online but see that many others had the same exact issue but could not find an answer. Wondering if there is any sort of answer for this?
