Razer Nari Ultimate EQ Not Working on PC | Razer Insider

Dear Razer Support,

I am writing to you regarding an issue I am experiencing with my Razer Nari Ultimate headset. The EQ settings are not working on my PC.

I have tried several troubleshooting steps, including creating a new profile with Synapse, calibrating THX Surround Sound, and turning THX off. However, the issue persists.

My operating system is Windows 11 Professional

I would appreciate any assistance you could provide in resolving this issue.

Thank you for your time and support.

Best regards, Dale

Anyone??

I’m having the exact same issue. I was playing before the update started and it was perfectly fine. Then it updated and I restarted and now everything sounds really bad like it did when they came out with the update that removed 7.1 surround sound. Like the game overall is quiet, but certain sounds (especially high pitched) are extremely loud. Last time to fix this, I purchased the actual thx spatial audio program and had no issues. I wasn’t messing with the EQ in the synapse at all. I really wish they would just leave things how they are. Every single time there’s an update my headset does some weird stuff.

Dear Razer Support Team,

I am writing to inform you that the issue I was experiencing with my Razer Nari Ultimate headset has been resolved. The latest update seems to have addressed the problem, and my headset is now functioning as expected.

However, I would like to express my disappointment regarding the support I received on your forums. As a customer, I was hoping for more assistance and guidance during the troubleshooting process. It was disheartening to feel overlooked, especially when dealing with a product issue.

I hope this feedback will be taken into consideration for future improvements in your customer support service. Despite this experience, I remain a loyal Razer customer and look forward to your continued innovation in gaming technology
