Razer Nari Ultimate headset not working any longer.



No longer making connection through dongle.

Tried dongle repair and followed all instructions correctly.

Tried repairing and followed all instructions correctly.

No use after a lot of tries.



Once after the repair the dongle is properly recognized and sound comes out of the headset for only a few seconds and then it stopped working again.



How can Razer products not simply work for about a month without having the fix issues... It's not like fixing expensive peripherals issues is my biggest hobby, I just want to use the products without having to spent hours and hours trying to get everything to work properly. Meanwhile Razer Chat support is useless as it just rehashes the FAQ or you have to be there during normal working hours, when well.. I'm working.
