Hi, I'm trying to do the firmware update of my Nari ultimate but the update button stay grayed out. All apps are close and Synapse is also close but the button keep staying not available. Anyone got this issue? tnx

    Make sure you're using the wireless dongle in updating the firmware of your headset. Try to plug the dongle into a different USB port or reinstall its driver. If you're still experiencing the same issue, PM me the serial number so I can check its model specifications and look for other workarounds to help you address the problem. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
