Hello, I bought the Razer Nari Ultimate for Xbox and then connected it to my PC with the Xbox wireless adapter, but I can't set it up with the Razer Headset setup for xbox. The device isn't recognized in the app. What can I or can I do about it? I still somehow configure it differently

    Try updating the Xbox wireless adapter. You can check the Xbox support page on how to do it. Once done, please try pairing the headset again. Otherwise, send me a PM or submit a case to our Support Team. I’ll be locking this thread now.
