Razer Nari Ultimate for Xbox One

I just received my headset today, I charged it up and when I'm playing I keep getting a beeping sound while I'm playing, which I assume is to tell me battery is low, also I saw in other threads about updating firmware, how do I do this with my Xbox one Nari? I tried plugging it into my laptop via the usb cable and it wasn't recognised on synapse Edit, I just tried a few things while on modern warfare, and the beeping only occurs when there is a lot of sound going on
