I have been using these on Warezone and every night I go through several periods where the sound gets distorted or buzzy. I have another wireless headset with a dongel and 2 thaat are wired and never have had this problem. Is this normal? If not what is the next step. The headphones are less than 30 days old.

    Does the buzzing sound only occur only on Warzone, or its also on all others games? For now, isolate the issue by following the steps from this page. If the problem persists, send me the serial number of your headset and a copy of its proof of purchase. I can use that to verify the model of the device, its warranty status and look into other possible solutions. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
