Nari for Xbox One. Listeners report week inputs from my mic. Also attempts to install Razer Synap forces the install of the Razer Xbox One controller that I do not have. Please advise.

Hi there! Thanks for posting your headset's concern here. Have you contacted our Support Team via phone, chat, or email yet? Are you connecting the headset to your computer or gaming console? Have you tried plugging the headset to another device and see if the same issue happens?
