Razer Nari Ultimate Great Headset, Ridiculously short range | Razer Insider

First of all.. I just want to say. I LOVE the new Nari Ultimate.. It has wonderful sound and some nice features, and the classic Ars-Technica style headband is perfect for my sensitive head. The haptic feedback is incredible. Every headset ought to have this feature.. simply amazing, but the range of this device is pathetic. I finally got a wireless headset in order to be able to go around the corner into the kitchen of my tiny one bedroom apartment so I could stay on with folks and no longer be chained to the desk. It will reach to the bathroom, but only if the adapter is plugged into the front USBs of the computer directly.

This headset needs a better transceiver desperately. Please see about offering something compatible.. If there is something I can do now.. What is it.. Oh, and there is definitely a difference between using it on a USB 2.0 slot and a USB 3.0 slot.. The range is mildly better on 3.0. It starts cutting out within about 12 feet. This is definitely not the 12 meters as advertised.

I love razer products. My Keyboard is fantastic, but this headset almost has me wanting to get a refund due to the Seriously short range. I otherwise have no other complaints. Do you all have a different transceiver I can use that is compatible and will offer better range?
