Razer Nari Ultimate Headset stays on "Red" status

This headset has been very disappointing. Very rarely will this headset EVER charge to green status. I have tried different ports and it shows red, but never goes to green. 4 days of charging and this headset will only allow about 20-30 minutes of headset game time. Previous support was of no help. I am running the latest drivers for my system including the headset. Everything updated and no issues. The headset was great in the beginning, but now, I need a cable to my computer if I plan on playing this headset while gaming. This has become a great talking point for me on forums now, so unless you have some other suggestions to fix this issue, I will be in the market for another headset that is not Razer. This was a lot of extra money for this headset when I purchased this, so I was hoping to have something last longer than this.
