Product: Razer Nari Ultimate (RZ04-02670)
Serial Number: HN2123D09005863
Description:
Dear Razer Technical Support Team,
I am contacting you regarding a serious connectivity issue with my Razer Nari Ultimate headset. The headset cannot be used wirelessly and does not appear to be recognized by my PC.
The core issue is: The wireless USB dongle (RC30-0267) appears to be either defective or completely non-functional.
Troubleshooting steps already taken:
-
Driver Issue (Initial Problem): When I first plugged the dongle into my Windows 10/11 PC, the system failed to install the correct drivers, showing a "driver error." The headset is not visible in the Device Manager under "Sound, video and game controllers" or "HID devices."
-
Clean Installation: I performed a complete clean uninstall and re-installation of Razer Synapse 3 and Razer Central, followed by multiple PC restarts.
-
USB Test: The headset does not connect even when plugged in directly via the USB charging cable (it is still not recognized as a device).
-
Dongle Status: When plugged into the USB port, the dongle does not light up (if applicable) and does not show any signs of activity, even after running the Nari Dongle Recovery Tool (which was unable to complete the process).
Request:
Since the connection fails even after extensive driver troubleshooting and the dongle itself appears to be dead/faulty, I suspect the wireless USB dongle requires replacement.
-
Could you please confirm the next steps for acquiring a replacement dongle?
-
If the device is under warranty, please advise on the process for a warranty replacement.
-
If it is not under warranty, please provide a link to where I can purchase an official replacement dongle for the Razer Nari Ultimate (RZ04-02670).
Thank you for your assistance. I look forward to your guidance on this issue.
Sincerely, Vadim
