Dear Razer Technical Support Team,
I am contacting you regarding a serious connectivity issue with my Razer Nari Ultimate headset. The headset cannot be used wirelessly anymore after severals year of services. It lost connection some times in the past but now it like every 10 sec. I tried to reinstall synapse, reboot, Nari Dongle Recovery Tool, the pairing tool, but nothing. My headset is not under warranty anymore, i buy it on amazon in 2022. Can you help me to acquire a replacement dongle?
