Razer Nari Ultimate - IMPOSSIBLE to contact customer support

Since Razer has made it impossible to contact them I thought I’d post on this and hope for the best.

 

I’ve been using the Razer Nari Ultimate for  years now, the headset has worked perfectly until I lost the dongle. 

The dongle for my headset is not in the shop & I think I have tried everything in terms of DIY fixes, dongle recovery tool, pairing tool, I even tried a 3rd party dongle and that doesn’t work either, even when trying to use the recovery tool. 

I dont trust places selling the ‘official’ dongles for 80e so I’m hoping someone will see this and know of a solution. Its a great headset and I would not want to be replacing it cause of such a small issue.

Razer has stopped manufacturing the Razer Nari Ultimate, including its dongle. I recommend trying out other online resellers offering it , such as Amazon, NewEgg, Microsoft Store, eBay, etc. Otherwise, here’s the fastest way to reach our Support Team:

 

  1. Go to https://mysupport.razer.com/app/warranty-support/
  2. Click PC Products and select peripherals.
  3. Enter your device serial number
  4. The next screen will show you the contact support button for chat/email.

Other method:

  1. Go to https://mysupport.razer.com/app/warranty-support/
  2. Click Software & Apps
  3. Select Synapse 3 or 4
  4.  Answer YES to “Are you using Synapse with a Razer Device?”
  5. Select “Other issue”.
  6.  Select “Contact Support” so you can get the chat/email options.
