Razer Nari Ultimate Issue with Game-Chat modes

I recently bought some Razer Nari Ultimate to connect to my phone and play Pubg, the Razer are not Bluetooth so I have to connect them through an OTG cable with their USB WIRELESS to be able to listen to the game, but nothing happens in mode game but in Chat, and that doesn't work for me because everything is heard through both speakers at the same time, what can I do to make it heard in game mode. I explain myself, when the Razer Nari Ultimate are connected to my phone through the OTG cable, I cant hear nothing when its on game mode, but when I change it to chat mode I can hear, not I hear on mono mode, not on stereo mode, and thats not good
