Razer Nari Ultimate issues | Razer Insider

Hello, I have had my Razer Nari Ultimate for a couple years now, and it has been great so far, until a year ago. I own two Naris, for two different set-ups. Both of them had a ton of connectivity issues, but they were mostly solved with the ultimate pairing utility and the dongle recovery tool. About a year ago, one of my Razer Nari Ultimates just stopped connecting to the dongle. Completely stopped, No matter how many times I’ve used the pairing utility, dongle recovery or firmware updater sometimes it would connect but not show any audio, and once I reset my computer, I was back to square one. For now, I’ve resorted to using the wired audio cable, but it really sucks that I don't have any way to use wireless. I have done countless Google searches, formatted my computer, reinstalled Synapse and a ton of other stuff to no avail.

For now, the situation is like this: whenever I open the ultimate pairing utility, it shows me an update is required. Whenever I press to update, it either gets stuck at 0% and says the update failed, or VERY rarely it actually updates, but nothing changes.

When I open the dongle recovery tool, it sometimes says recovery isn’t needed, or that it does need recovery and just goes ahead and recovers, or it just says it can’t even recognize the dongle.

When I open the firmware updater, no matter what I do, it says to connect my headset with the provided cable to the computer (although it does show up in the ultimate pairing utility, for some reason the firmware updater doesn’t recognize it).

So, for now, I’m stumped. I can’t try to mix and match with my other headset since it’s in a different setup, and honestly, I can’t see a way to resolve this.

Would love some suggestions or anything, thanks!
