My Razer Nari Ultimate will connect then after a bit it will drop. And then it will be connecting and disconnecting over and over while the light on the headset is flashing blue then after a few minutes it will turn itself off.

Try the Dongle Recovery Tool to restore and pair your headset. If that didn’t do the trick, then drop me a message via PM along with the serial number of your Razer Nari Ultimate so I can validate it in our system and look for other troubleshooting steps that we can attempt.
