Razer Nari Ultimate Left Ear Not Working

Recently the left ear of my razer Nari ultimate has not been working when using them wirelessly. They work just fine wired, but when I use them wirelessly, it is 100% quiet on the left side; nothing at all comes out. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers as well. Any help would be appreciated.

    Hey there! Thanks for posting your headset' concern here. Have you checked your headset audio balance both on Razer Synapse and Windows sound settings while it is connected wireless to your computer? Please update its firmware by downloading the Razer Nari Ultimate's pairing utility here.
