RAZER Nari Ultimate left side not working

Got the same thing here, and the left side is quiet and crackly. Sometimes it jumps back in when you play high pitch noises or loud noises.

Hello, Just had this issue happen to me. Left speaker just stopped working. software is up to date, and no change with restoring to factory settings. please help? headset is fairly new.

Hey there! Thanks for sharing as well. Does the issue happen when the headset is plugged into your computer using its 3.5mm cable jack? If the issue persists, it is a hardware issue. If you purchased the headset from the Razer Store and residing in North America, please submit a case or send me a PM so I can assist you to create one. Otherwise, contact your reseller so they can assist you with the replacement.
