I had the razer nari essentials for about a year and decided to upgrade, the mic on the essentials worked perfectly, they never picked up my ingame audio, but when i upgraded to the razer nari ultimates they pick up games sounds, especially inside of valorant. This is annoying because if i decide to listen to music or wathc youtube vidoes while in a call others can hear my sounds. Is there any way to fix this or is this as hardware problem?
