Razer Nari Ultimate Mic Isn't Working

My microphone on my Razer Nari Ultimate goes out completely. This has been a persistent problem for me for months now. I've tried uninstalling the driver, restarting my computer, and reinstalling the driver, I've tried going into the sound control panel, I've even tried contacting Razer Support, but nothing I ever did worked. The worst part is that it fixes itself every few days. I never do anything different, so I can't jot down anything that would help me personally get my headset working again. I need help with this.

    I am having the same issue. My mic was working fine for a couple of months but it then stopped working in the middle of a warzone game. I have tried everything but I can not get it to work again in-game. I'm able to use the mic in other programs.
