Razer Nari Ultimate Mic Issue

Hi All, i've just bought my razer nari ultimate and i really loved that one. But Since the start, i had few challenges, i'm Playing Call of Duty Warzone on My PC, usually with Friends and we makes parties both wi ps and pc, so we're using the Chat in game. Said that, with prior headset i've not any challenge, with Nari Ultimate, my friends are listening from the microphone also my ingame, audio , so i'm creating lot of noise, because the listen their own voice and they listen my audio(all of them) i've tried with lot of settings, but the only way should decrease the volume that loose me the good opportunity of listening movement shoot, footstep and everything. Do you have any suggestion? maybe some help in configuration of the Synapse, because is really challenging.
