Hello, My Razer Nari Ultimate Headset Microphone will not work on my xbox one. i have it plugged in through a 3.5mm jack from the headset to the controller. I can hear but i cannot speak. i have used another headset and the mic on that one works. Please help!

    Hey! Did you already check if the mic is not on mute? Try rotating the game/chat balance wheel as well and see if it changes anything.
