razer nari ultimate microphone issue

Hello, I just reinstalled my windows and installed Synapse 3.0. Before my windows reinstall my microphone was working just fine, but now the microphone level is extremely low. In my Synapse the levels are all turned up to 100, still no succes. Any idea's on what to do next? greetz, Stunik94

i guess you have windows 10 , click on the search icon in the taskbar and type 'sound settings' at the input part , click on device properties and check recording level.

I did that, it was connected to the synapse sound volume bar, when i lowered it in windows it automatically lowered in Synapse as well.
