Razer nari ultimate Mute, Audio 5.1, Mic

Hello, my headphones razer nari ultimate arrived yesterday and I have had certain problems with them. 1) The mute button does not work when I use the 3.5mm jack it works for me when it is wireless. 2) I was watching the 5.1 audio on netflix with it and it worked perfectly and suddenly I couldn't hear the voices well anymore, I changed the audio to 2.0 and it works. 3)When I connect the headphones to my laptop with the 3.5mm jack cable, it does not detect the microphone. I wanted to know if you could help me with this since I liked the headphones, Thank you
