Hey, I just got my second pair of razer nari ultimate headphones home today, after I've been tired of using my first one which has had a broken microphone ever since I bought it 2 years ago, but I can't get haptic intensity (or vibration/bass) to work. It's an important aspect for what I do and I need some help on fixing this.
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling razer synpase, I have updated audio drivers and I've followed every official razer guide I can find to properly set up the headset. So well, now I have one pair of razer nari ultimate that does not have a working microphone and has several other audio problems that I've had ever since they arrived, and a pair with no haptic intensity. The reason I got them again was because they're the only headphones that fit my ears really well, and I don't want another headset. Please consider helping me if you can, thanks.

Please PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and check for other model-specific steps to help you address the haptic issue of your headset. Thanks!
