So I’ve had this headset for over a year now and just tonight, I had come back to use my computer as usual, but noticed my computer isn’t even detecting my Razer Nari Ultimate headphones at all. Keep in mind, Windows did push an update after returning (which I feel is likely what has caused this) and I had no problems even just last night. I’ve tried rolling back the Windows update, uninstalling and reinstalling both my headset from my PC, device manager, and razer synapse, repairing synapse, tried different ports, troubleshooting through Windows, nearly anything on the face of the sun and still nothing whatsoever. I’ve narrowed down as well that it is not a hardware issue with the headphones, as Synapse and device manager can detect it, but not my sound settings. Another thing about the Windows update is that even though I was able to rollback the update, there was another update alongside with it, which is a service stack. I’m leaning towards that update specifically that’s causing this migraine-inducing issue. If anyone has this similar issue, please help, I really don’t want to have to wait for another Windows update just for a fix or to be forced to switch out this +$160 headset, which would also be really crappy.
