I have this exact same problem.  2 days ago the headset worked fine, I went out for a few hours and when I came back they were just dead, no red light, won’t charge, won’t connect.  Windows does chime when I plug them in though.

Ya from what I’ve read so far that’s probably what will happen for me too.  I put a ticket in a couple hours ago but I haven’t even got an email back yet. Still in the warranty period so hopefully I just get a new one too.

Fingers crossed! it took like a week for me and probably another 1 until they even send it. So prepare for that

There are several things you can try to troubleshoot your Razer Nari Ultimate headset:

  1. Check the charging cable: Make sure the USB cable you are using to charge the headset is working properly. You can try using a different cable to see if that fixes the issue.

  2. Check the charging port: Inspect the charging port on the headset to make sure it's not damaged or dirty. Use a soft brush or cotton swab to clean it if necessary.

  3. Reset the headset: Press and hold the power button on the headset for 15-20 seconds to reset it. Then try turning it back on.

  4. Update the firmware: Check if there is any firmware update available for your headset and update it. You can do this by connecting the headset to your computer and using the Razer Synapse software.

  5. Contact Razer support: If none of the above solutions work, you may need to contact Razer support for further assistance. They may be able to provide you with additional troubleshooting steps or help you with a warranty claim.
