Hey I wanted to make a post on the razer nari ultimate's I have I believe the dongle I have is giving out on me is there a way to get a new dongle and connect them to my existing headphones whenever I use my headphones they will either disconnect over and over or have this very loud crackling sound and disconnect over and over the dongle will always come back as a unknown device in device manager I could really use some help on this because I am running out of options and I really want to keep these headphones they work just the fact that they aren't connecting like they use to is starting to get old now I tried recovering the dongle with the link provided on the razor support page but that isn't working either if anyone has any way to help I'd really appreciate it thank you
