I’ve had no problems with my headset or the software until today. After the new Razer update, my Razer Nari Ultimate headset stopped connecting to my computer. Sometimes trying plugging the lead or dongle in, it would keep connecting and disconnecting, in the sound settings it was blinking between my headset and one of my monitors monitor speakers. Going into my PC settings, it looks like there is a problem with the drivers after the update.
I’ve tried to the repair option and also reinstalled it. The only downloadable drivers I could find was from 2019 and after downloading it, the next button was greyed out. Is there something to download to get it to work again, a way to go back to the previous update or do I need to wait for update/hotfix?
