My dongle stop working few weeks ago. I buy a replacement, the same version of the dongle but when I try to pair the dongle with the headphone with the program RazerNariUltimatePairingUtility_v1.01.00 it doesnt work. The program recognize the dongle but it doesnt recognize the headphones. Im using windows 11 to run the pairing program.
I tried in different usb ports, uninstall the headphone drivers, restart the pc and tried in other pc
