razer nari ultimate not working

After a gaming session my razer nari ultimates we’re low on battery so I turned them of set them down to charge only to find out that when I plugged the cord n to charge the led light would not turn on to indicate that they are charging and so I proceed to turn them on again only to find that they will not power on again

Have you tried using a different micro USB cable to verify if the headset is faulty? Please send me your headset's serial number and a copy of your proof of purchase so I can validate its warranty.
