Good morning.
A little over a year ago I purchased Razer Nari Ultimate headphones. Until recently, I was basically satisfied with them, however, about a week ago I started having a problem with the headphones spontaneously disconnecting. The problem was occurring more and more frequently and I couldn't do anything about it.
I tried uninstalling drivers, doing hardware and software updates, however nothing helped. Finally, I tried to fix the dongle with the recovery tool, however, it was not possible - this one kept disconnecting and stopped being visible by the computer and the tool at 45, 85 or 95% and an error would pop up.
Please help as the headphones are almost new, meanwhile I am unable to use them. In one of the threads I saw that you obliged to send a new dongle as a replacement. Is there such a possibility?
I wanted to paste a screen with the recovery error and a picture of the dongle with the serial number, but the forum won't let me add any file to the thread.

This is highly likely a hardware problem. Please PM me the serial number and a copy of your receipt so I can validate its model and check the warranty status of your device. Thanks!
