Razer Nari Ultimate Not Working

my headset started out with disconnecting and reconnecting alot during games, every time that would happen little beeping noises would occur, now today my mics completely stopped working and i can even hear myself and things through the mic when nothings open. need help with this ASAP please.

    Rather than approaching this one at a time, since we all are saying we have the Nari, can we just get a link for the most up to date firmware? Or will it always have to a 1 to 1 for serial number device?

    Thanks for the response. I recommend sending the serial number via PM as part of Razer's privacy policy and to verify the headset's available updates.
