Razer Nari Ultimate - Problems with microphone

So lately people that I have been playing with have been reporting that my microphone is making my voice sound robotic randomly. It isn't constant, it just happens at random times. This only occurs in wireless mode, not in wired mode. I still occasionally get the problem where the audio will start to get "spotty", and will start to lose bits of sound, again, only in wireless mode. My dongle is pretty much right next to my headset (plugged into a port on my keyboard), so I don't see connection as an issue. I believe I made a thread awhile ago about having similar issues with the microphone and it being spotty, but it is a bit different now. I do believe I am out of the year warranty period, but not sure how much, I can't find the purchase on my online bank statement, and I purged my e-mail recently. Is there any solutions to this without going through warranty/buying a new headset? I've already been looking at just getting a Man o' War, but I have seen that it has a lot of durability problems, which is one reason why I am trying to go into a higher price bracket so that I know it will last a long time. My Nari has done very well, but it just has so many random issues.
