Razer Nari Ultimate random disconnects | Razer Insider

So, I see many people have this issue, I've figured it out on my end but can't post on the other threads so opened a new one so maybe it helps someone.

I've tried the razer repair tool, firmware updates, driver updates, OS reinstallation, got a new motherboard since some posts indicated the motherboards usb could have low power, new power supply as well various mentioned options on the forums and Razer support, which was extremely unfriendly, I was about to buy a new steelseries headset and chop this one up with an axe how frustrated I got of the constant beeping sounds and disconnects + having to repeat myself on discord due to signal loss multiple times in one minute... needless to say I will never buy another Razer product again after this experience, especially after my experience with their support closing my tickets and just sending me generic answers, even though I'm a loyal customer for over 10 years, the fix was the following: the usb dongles signal was being lost constantly due to some other device on my pc, was it bluetooth or something else I don't know, what I did was bought a USB extension cable of around 1.5m, connected it to my pc and then connected the Nari usb into that and placed it under my monitor, since then I've had no disconnect issues or beeping sounds, its been 2 days like that so finally I think its fixed.
