Razer Nari Ultimate randomly disconects

Hey! I have a problem with my Razer Nari Ultimate. Like I said, my headset randomly disconects and connects. It is really tilting, and thats why I want to ask you, what can be a problem. If it matters, My usb port ( from headset) is connected to back a pc that is under my desk. From this port to my headphones is somrthing like max 1 meter + desk. Anyone can help? Anyone had same problem?

I had the same issue, i reinstall the drivers and it works perfectly now
