So a few months ago my wireless dongle broke (my own fault). I looked on the replacement parts tab on razer's official site, but there is none and also doesn't seem to "restock".
I looked for other solutions and I found that there are a few wireless dongles for the nari ultimate, but the websites are rather sketchy.
Is it possible to connect it with other 2.4GHz wire dongles or does it HAVE to be razer's official product. If it HAS to be razer's then where can I order one from a trusted source?
I have the same issue, Except I didn't break mine, it just stopped working. And I can’t find a replacement.

I have the same issues with my razer nari headset…it wont connect to my pc and im assumed that the dongle is broken…Is it possible that Razer can send me a replacement dongle?
