Razer Nari Ultimate, Seems to have disconnection issues. | Razer Insider

Just wanted to report that my Nari Ultimate seems to be having some disconnection issues, it's quite random sometimes it will work for a decent amount of time with no issues, Other times it will constantly play the Nari connect and disconnect sound spamming it over and over and over into the headphones until finally stopping, at which point i can see the Nari Icon in the Synapse 3.0 application flashing and displaying a loading ring/circle.

I have tried other USB ports, i have tried plugging in directly to the USB charging cable it seems to just randomly do it with no real pattern or reason. I have however discovered i am not the only person experiencing this issue with a quick google search i have found that there is other people reporting the same issue and with the latest Snypase 3.0 update sent out just today, it only seems to have gotten worse.

I am hoping this is a known issue and can be resolved with future software updates.
Hi there. When did this issue start? Have you tried to do a repair or reinstall Synapse to see if the issue persists? Let me know.
You are def not alone @Zeaig I have the standard Nari, and mine does the same thing. I haven't found a fix for it yet. I uninstalled synapse 3, all the drivers, and registry keys. I deleted all razer folders from appdata, program files x86, and the programdata folders. Then rebooted and reinstalled synapse. the headset worked fine until i rebooted the computer the next day. then i get rapid fire disconnects again. When plugged in via the 3.5 jack to a cellphone, the headphones are flawless. They also work fine on my older Razer Blade Stealth, which does not have synapse 3 installed. I have noticed just before the headset disconnects, the audio gets really distorted and crackly. Such a bummer since i got these as a replacement to my kracken 7.1's that just developed a LOUD popping sound every time they were plugged in. All over the web i am seeing people saying the same about the nari, and so far i havent come across anyone who has found a solid fix.

Hello. Have you tried other ports or computers to see if the issue persists? Also, was the port you were using a 3.0 or 2.0? Let me know.

Hey @Razer.RedPanda thanks for the follow-up. I have tried it on my other computer which does not have synapse 3 (it's an older blade stealth that isn't supported by synapse 3) it worked fine on there, though I didn't test for a long time. I have tried all USB port on the main computer and they all have the same problem. My main computer only has USB 3.0 and 3.1 ports.

Thanks for the reply. Please PM me the Synapse 3 version number along with the link to this thread. You can find the build number in the About tab in the Settings window.
