Razer Nari Ultimate stops at 45% when using the pairing tool

Hi, I’ve been trying to use the bluetooth/wireless feature of my Nari Ultimate and it isn’t letting me.

I can’t tell if it’s a connectivity issue or something else; my PC seems to recognize the headset just fine, as it shows up in the list of bluetooth devices.  But when I use the actual pairing utility the pairing always fails.  Windows tells me the device is ready to use.

The dongle recovery tool claims that the dongle is successfully recovered.

It lists my headphone and dongle as both version 106.

I saw someone else claim that they let their headphones drop to 0 charge and that’s true of mine.

Hi everMadderLakevision359,

Your Razer Nari Ultimate's pairing issue stopping at 45% and failing, despite Windows recognizing it, often points to driver conflicts, USB port issues, or highly likely dongle hardware issue. PM me your headset’s SN (Follow steps here: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/548/~/how-to-find-the-serial%2C-product%2C-or-part-number-on-a-razer-device) and the link of your receipt in a PDF format: (Save the shareable files via any online drive account listed here: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4011?_ga=2.197232171.544708261.1744067200-1885068520.1744067200&_gl=1*vo487o*_ga_3TRK53PM75*MTc0NDA2NzE5OS4xLjEuMTc0NDA2NzM0My4yNC4wLjA).
