Razer Nari Ultimate THX autmatically turns off repeatedly.

TLDR no matter how many time I turn off and on or competly uninstall and reinstall razer synapse following the complete process of this guide "" the THX service will always turn on for about 10 secodns and then turn off again again regardless of my choices which is anyong because I really enjoy the sound of it. I have not seen this metioned at all acrosss by any other supprt post so I thought I should ask about it myself.
