I've had these for a couple of years. For the last week my headset turns itself completely off not just sound as it doesn't show in synapse and the rgb shuts off too. 

I don't think it's the battery because it's always plugged in and when i unplug it the battery reads as full.

The Bluetooth seems fine to because I don't have to reconnect it.

 Deleted drivers and updated etc. Disabled all other sound in windows

. Tried a different usb port for both dongle and power cord.

Mobo is asus z590f (has undeletable sonic suite)
I have other razer products
Base station v2 chroma
Mouse bungie v3
Firefly v2 mouse pad
Blackwidow v3 keyboard 
Naga trinity mouse
And the nari ultimate.
