Razer Nari Ultimate will not turn on

Hi, After 2 months of using my nari ultimate (wich i love) it suddenly stopped working; it will not turn on or charge ( tried more then 2 USB cables wich work on other devices. is there anyone who can try and help me to fix this issue?

Is the LED status indicator lit in any way? Does it not light up at all when you charge it? If that is the case, then there's a good chance that the headset's battery is no longer capable of holding a charge. Send me a copy of the proof of purchase and the serial number. I can use those to verify the warranty status of the device. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
