I bought this from an authorized dealer (Amazon) March 2022. It has since died. Fully charged, when I turn it on, it flips to speaker and no longer will work. Amazon won’t honor the purchase. What can I do to get it fixed or get a new one? I did register it on Razer. Sincerely,

Do you mind elaborating on what you meant by it flipping to speaker? Is this something you can capture in a video? That way, I can better understand your situation. You can upload the clip on GDrive and PM me the shareable link along with the serial number. I'll be using the SN to verify the warranty status of the headset. Let's go from there.
