Razer Nari Ultimate Wireless Gaming Headset for Xbox One poor WiFi range

Hi Guys, I seem to be having an issue with the above headset and have done since I purchased a couple of years ago. Basically the WiFi range is extremely poor and my headset cuts out because of it. I have tried everything and if I sit more than a couple of meters away from the Xbox all is lost. I have tried a different manufacturers headset and they work brilliantly, only the sound quality is nowhere near as good. I am desperate to get this sorted, even thought about a firmware upgrade, but I need a dongle for it??? Never had one of those is it meant to come with the headset? If not pretty poor of Razer especially considering the cost of the headset. Can somebody please help me?

Have you already tried using our dongle Pairing Utility? Isolate the issue by following the steps on this page. If the problem persists, send me the serial number of your headset. I can use it to verify its model and look for other possible solutions. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
