I've had my Razer Nari Ultimate for about a year now and today the wireless transceiver just stopped connecting to any computer I tried it on. I tried the pairing utility and the dongle recovery tool but both of them didn't do anything(the recovery tool would just say check if the dongle is still plugged in regardless of what computer it was plugged into).
