Razer Nari Ultimate wont turn on

I’ve had this headset for a few years now and I’ve had several issues that occasionally fix themselves, but this morning the headset won’t turn on at all. I left it charging for a couple of hours and now the red light stays on permanently and it won’t turn on. Has anyone got a fix. Thank you.

Thanks for alerting us about his. Have you tried using a different cable? You can also charge it using another power source. If the issue still persists, then shoot me a PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
